Refund Policy
Refund requests must be made in writing and will
be processed after the conference. The entire registration fee, minus
a $25 handling fee, will be returned if your request is postmarked on or
before October 12, 2009. Half of the registration fee will be
returned if your request is postmarked after October 12th and before
October 22nd. Refund requests postmarked after October 22nd cannot be
honored. Please send requests with a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
Ann Hansen, 5344 Desert Mountain Ct., Boulder, CO, 80301. You may transfer your registration to another person
for no additional fee, please contact Ann Hansen at (303) 516-0783 or
annbrian@ix.netcom.com for more information on transferring your
registration.
